Hi guys I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to say I Love It. The 917 Longtail got to 400Km/h and the 962 got to 420km/h.

IIRC it's held by a WM Peugeot in 1981. The top speed a little bit over 400km/h.

EDIT Here I found it:

They were probably projected speeds, but they didn't attain them.

Yes, those two are questionable... Infos came from outer internet - I've found some info about 905 on some french site, but no word about C11... Maybe it's just a rumour...

And established speed for Lambo Alar is 410 km/h.

The Saleen S7 Twin Turbo got sooooo close. It did 399.1km/h.
Maybe Nicole Ritchie driving would lower the weight enough to get it there...

Might help it get to 399 a fraction faster but the car needs either more power or less drag to go faster.

Like a few pieces of high-speed tape on the panel gaps up front.
