BMW M5 E60 vs Mercedes CLS 55AMG

Wat do u people think s better???

My oppinion s that M5 s better cuz it produces 101 hp/liter; CSL producesonly 88hp/liter.M5 100km/h- 4.7 secs; CLS 100km/h- 4.9 secs. M5 MAX speed- 330 km/h; CLS MAX speed- 310 km/h. Aerodynamics of M5 s better than CLS and handling of M5 s also better.

Who cares. They're both great. The M5 is a bit more practical though.

Why on earth would you care about hp/litre?

A. Dont measure cars on hp/litre
B. How much do you know about Aerodynamics?
C. I thought most german cars had a 155 mph limiter on them
D. Ever driven them?

Their both super fast saloons, although i personally think that CLS looks nicer, even if it is fractionally slower, although if i had to buy one, i'd buy the one which was most comfortable

Agreed, but I'd take the M5. Somehow I love that car. It's IMO the best looking BMW ever. But a CLS ain't bad either

look, both of them are hugely fast, and although one is faster, you really would be pushed to notice it in normal driving, i would just take a cruise in both and see which one felt better, after all, the other 3 people in the car arent actually enjoying my white knuckle ride and propely want to much of a harsh ride or road noise

its not about winning, but I would take the M5 since I always loved the 2002 M5.

No offense, but the way you stated you points about the M5 is a bit funny. Oh come on, the spec sheet doesn't tell you everything, but the car manual does a bit. I'd take the CLS, for it's a Mercedes. The new BMW models has "edgy" designs, unlike the good old ones.

That's a good point but....Who cares about the other three people in the car? I'd take the M5 because it is fast, practical, and it looks great in my opinion.
