if you could take any 10 cars and put any 10 engines and race them...
if you could put any 10 engines in any 10 cars and then race them which ones would you choose, and also, what are your 15 favorite supercars?

Instead of an engine swap, I'd rather get an F40 and upgrade/update it. Just some minor things, tyres, suspension, brakes... There really isn't much that needs to be done there.
