Although i do agree that the M5 looks too bullish, however I'd rather look like a mafia than an idiot, idiot being that now there's something called CLS63AMG

And there's also the car that nearly went to the outer space (i find the campaign funny) which looked better than the E-Class, not as bullish as the M5 and doesn't have something from the same factory that made the owner looked stupid.

I like the E63 better.
One reason is that I don't really like the looks of any new BMWs.
Another being I prefer luxury over sporty (while still capable of being sporty).
The M5 just screams "Look at me. I'm fast." which I don't really like on a sport sedan.
The CLS would be a car to compare, but really depends if you want the fifth seat or not and if you like its styling. I still like the E more than the CLS for its more classy look.
