Betwen thoose two i'm more leaned to the C-class, although i liked the cts interior, do you have any more choices? Lexus IS?

If you're looking at both brand new, I'd say C-Class (300 or 55) easily, if not and you will have either a short or no warranty, just FORGET a Mercedes, and if your only other option is the CTS then get that. There is this company called Audi, however...

the 3 series is a great car but if you want looks as well then the IS is perfect.

I'd go with a C 280 manual estate.
