Gotta agree with Roosterjuicer; 57 Chevy Bel-air....Or with togos452 Duesie...then again GT40 (UK roots aside)...
Oh crap, this is a VERY hard thing to do, and I need to go lay down now 'coz my head hurts. Please wake me when we have a winner (but of course, they're all winners, except that flamin' Ford Super Duty 2008, that's just takin' the mickey). |

Ooh yeah, I'm looking at a picture of a '69 Boss Mustang now, that was auctioned in Sydney last month. Cool enough to make Steve McQueen feel inadequate.
Any chance of throwing in De Tomaso's Pantera? After all, most of them had to be rebuilt in the States before punters could driver them out of the showroom. |

Yeah I know, I was takin' the mickey. Cool car all the same (or not for the occupants, not a particularly well vented engine apparently, prone to cooking the occupants and eventually itself).
Truth is there are many sub-zero american cars. Plenty of those 30's era specials (Cords, Deussies), the muscle-era cars, some of the later hi-po 'Vettes ', Vipers 'n 'Stangs. How the hell can we mere mortals pick just one? Imagine Bill Gates throwing you a billion dollar bone. One catch, you only can buy 1 car. You want the coolest American one, and die from the stress of not being able to decide! How cruel. Anyway, back on thread, that new Comaro...can't wait to see one on the streets. I reckon that would be cool enough keep a lettuce crisp. |

the new camaro doesn't really cut it for me....but: if they make that GS version available, that'd be the one for me, oh god yes.

I like big butts?
Or the ability to do a huge smokey burnout. But seeing as they're all auto.. its doomed to fail.
