An idea for how the comps can work.

If we can all attach our images as Imageshack thumbnails, and post the code for the thumbnails with our post (You'll have to put a space somewhere so you can see the code not the thumbnail) then that means all will be well. Painterr won't be taking hours to make the comp threads, and we will be able to have large sized images with out any problems to anyone.

All in favour say aye...

How Imageshack works is that you upload a pic, it gives you a code you paste in that shows up as a thumbnail that links to the full sized image.

If we can post that code with our entry in the competition thread, then Painterr can just copy and paste it.

AYE! imageshack is really easy to use guys, and its free with unlimited storage space. Only problem is all your images have to be under 1MB which isn't really much of a hinderance but you might have to sacrifice a bit of quality for your super high resolution images.

It does sound like a good idea Spastik, that way one post would be sufficient to attach all of the images and would not be an issue for those who are on dial up.

Rebirth, I suggest you use regular UCP attachments when introducing your pic into the comp.... It's only one and will most likely not exceed UCP's Kb limit. Imageshack attachments are just an idea for when the polls are made by painterr.
