It's not enough to just go over the gap with a brush. Select the wheel, then right click, then ''Free Transform'', then adjust the wheel to fit the tire (I hope that you already know this).

some one should think about taking away the repeated centimeter at the top of the chop, because some one lowered it and didnt remove it.
