Start with a larger picture and you can sort out the details more easily.

Just one common mistake on all your chops-your wheels are always waaaaaaay off. Just stretch 'em out and toy around a little.

Well, when you have it selected, there are little boxes around the borders that allow you to morph it around and rotate it.

Wheel tutorial: Lasso the rim w/ the polygonal lasso or the elliptical marquee tool. (Zoom in A LOT and lasso it perfectly, not sloppily) Then hit ctrl+t and start playing with it by making it bigger, rotating it, skewing it, changing perspective, etc. Finally, paste the rim onto the car you're chopping and cut away the excess w/ the poly lasso tool. If it's hard to tell what you have to cut away, zoom in and put the rim's opacity on like 5%. Hope that helps dood.
