Hate it. Don't remove EVERYTHING, don't saturate the paint so much, and take your time w/ details. It seems as if you do these in 10 min. At least spend an hour. If that took you an hour, I feel sorry for you.

i cannot believe how absolutely horrible that is. You definitely used the smudge tool to erase things, which is a TERRIBLE thing to do. You gotta take a sample from another part of the car and place it overtop. The smudge tool is NOT your best friend!

please, read this, and have it open while you're chopping:

needs work

No, the smudge tool is most definetely the WORST thing to use. I don't know who told you this, but NEVER use smudge to delete. Just lasso it and delete. You have to do EXACTLY what the tutorials tell you to do in order to get it right.

To give the smudge tool a good name, only use it to remove lines.

A smudge only works within boundries, like when you lasso out body lines to get rid of.

Keep practising karrmann... try to do your chop on a bigger and better picture quality. Dont use small pictures.

Dont rush your chops, patience is the key!

If u get sick of working with the chop... take a break... do it bit by bit.

Not if you use it right. As esp. said, lasso a box, then smudge the living sht out of the line, but in an orderly way so it looks real. But.... before smudging, take the brush and brush a line of the similar body panel color over the line you're trying to remove to make the smudging more natural.
