575M Chop

ok, here's my second chop.

ferrari 575M. awesome car to begin with. i lenghtened the car to start with, giving it another gill. i also lenghtened it in the cockpit area. i increased the skirt length all the way around, and increased the size of the lip spoiler. put enzo wheels with knock off hubs from a 250 GTO on. also added the Scuderia Ferrari shield on the side. shaved the door handles, increased the size of the head lamps, and removed the side view mirrors. and i think thats about t that made it. i changed the color, but decided i preferred it red, so oh well.

enjoy

As you improve you will find it to be to simple to work on a side elevation, but it is perfectly acceptable to do them at the beginning stages to build your confldence.

Good work

Very, very nice. I like it because you lenghten it.

i tried a front quarter view on my first chop, and it was an odd perspective at that, and i did find it rather complex. with these forst ones, it is more about fionding out what i CAN do, more than what i really WANT to do. although i really do like what ive done, almost looks like the racing version.

I really like the lengthened nose, it looks natural. One thing I would do is use both wheels from the donor car, instead of taking one wheel and copying it to use for both wheels on the chop. Other than that, it's a great chop!

i tried but the shaddows and such from the enzo werent helping things... plus, the enzo's rear tires have tall sidewalls, and so it looks strange, like i hopped up the back end all dragster style, so i didnt like it.

Its really good for a second one. I think it would be better with mirrors though.
