Need help with Photoshop.

Alright, I'm quite efficient with Photoshop, but I need some help with this one.
This is a logo for a website I'm associated with, and never had a huge need for anything larger than normal. Now this logo is getting transferred to a t-shirt, but it's too small currently to be able to print onto a shirt in the size that's required. I have attached the image. Is there any way possible to enhance the image, and still make it slightly larger? I need the outlines as crisp as possible, and the image quite large. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Unless it's a vector image.. there isn't much you can do without the image getting extremely pixelated.
What I would do is print it at the size you need it at.. and then trace over it, smoothing the edges and then re-scan.

If you could do that that would be greatly appreciated. I'm not that proficient with those programs.
