its alright. Can do a lot of basic stuff. I dunno if chopping would work out so well though...

Elements is the cheaper version of photoshop if I am not mistaken! To answer your first question if that is the reason why it is so expensive, then I guess that is why Houdine cost so much lol lol $17,000 is the price tag for it!! And it is just a 3D program but the very best out there!!

i just got Photoshop 9 cs2... works well, i really have nothing bad to point out since i got it for free.

Try torrent sites, you'll find it for sure.
