Polizei conversion

I came across some photoshop brushes and just had to try them out. most all the effects are done with brushes. the first pic is the orginal.
I hope y'll like it!

I just updated the rain on the car and ground: I put some splashes

Well I updated it again. I worked on making the rain more real and refections and water droplets on the car. Let me know what you think!! I may not get any more time to work on it for a couple of days!

I agree with Colin, there's just a bit too much rain, the chop in general is absolutely fantastic, the car to start with is mouthwartering. I really love the water cascading off the skirts, I HAVE TO GET PHOTOSHOP!

If you lived where I do you wouldnt say that!! lol I have seen 36 inches of rain in three days! And 17 inches in one day! Or average rain fall for a year is 85 inches.

rain doesnt necessarily have to take up all the foreground because in reality it doesnt. in photos it shows up like mist because of its density like this

or if there are splashes made, like this:

But seeing as the car is at a stand still. You wouldnt really see the rain itself, only the rain on the ground. The rest of the subject would be misty because of the rain.

I just realised im being very awkward. Oh well. Had to put up with my boss all night I deserve it
