y dont you wait until you have a program to do chops or learn properly how to do chops in paint!!!!

I think it's better than all the paint chops you did before this, but it still is pretty bad. you really need to start working on PS. I know you just downloaded it, so here's the PHOTOSHOP BIBLE!!!!

Below is what I did in PS Elements 2.0 in 15 minutes. I really am not a very talented chopper, but this was very easy and I'm sure you could do it in photoshop in the same time it took you to do yours.
