Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste. As is to every Windows program.

find the wheels you want and select then using the pollygonal lasoo tool, draw around them, take your time to make it look good.

then ppress CTRL + C and go onto the pic that you are chopping.

when you are on that pic press CTRL + V and this will paste them onto your chop pic.

you will need to change the transparacy using the indicator on the layers thing in the corner.

then press CTRL + T and move the wheels over where they need to be, once they are roughlt in position press CTRL and click on one of the corner taps and you can re-shape it to the correct wheel shape.

when you have finished go on the blur tool and pick quite a fine brush, then go around the outside of the wheel holding blur on and this will mergi it into the tyre so they look like they are together

And if you can't see them, move the wheel layer to the top of all the layers so you can see them. Layers are kind of confusing at first, but you get used to it after a while.

dang.. forgot that bit, you can change what level layers are on by going

Layer > Arange > send to front/back, move layer 1 forward/back
