Marwyn-JAP

Here is the only pic I have of this car. I suppose it is taken at some hill climb race, maybe Pikes Peak. The car is a JAP-powered Marwyn, gonna be 500cc, cause as far as I know Marwyn built cars for 500cc racing (500cc Formula 3?), but some of them entered hill climb competitions.

Seemingly, but I'm not sure - I wrote all I know about this car

I found a source from which the pic is taken.
It's a 500race.org website => gallery.

Irene Pulliblank is my mum , and Pip Pulliblank was my father. I was responsible for putting the photo up originally because I was trying to find the other chap Dad went into business with building Marwyns.

Had no luck, but Dad was a grand driver, and he taught me to drive well.
Dad died several years ago.

Heck, he even taught me how to change a wheel or replace a brake pad and I was only 12 or so then....

No wonder I have grown up with a love of fast cars and bikes!
