Regarding the "fumes" - the facts were that the car was cold-started less than 30 seconds before the picture was taken and whilst the temperature was in minus figures. The car also had a little water up the exhaust from when it was washed just before, contributing to the appearance of what was coming from the exhaust

There was nobody in the car - I was the one who took the photo, so it couldn't have been at "biting point", as this idiot claims.
