I think it's an Audi A8 that someone photoshopped the S logo onto.

Unfortunately it still has the big ugly chromed grille. On the other hand knowing Audi it will have at least a couple of turbos... (if they make that is)

Well, the Avantissimo concept was meant to be an A8 estate, but it was never meant to be. Have a look for photos- it was really nice.
