Are you sur that these pics have not been taken before the marketing starting of the F430?
It may be the preproduction models in test.

The CS is a street(Stradale) version of the Challenge, there may well be a F430 CS later too.

What about the 360 Challenge without the "Stradale" badge? That didn't come years after the 360 launch. The 360 Modena Challenge is like the first ever 360 I seen on the streets.

The 360 Modena debuted in 1999, the 360 Challenge debuted in 2000.

You can't see the pull rings, sliding side glass, extended exhaust, dry break fuel fittings, air jack hole etc.???

I don't think its it either, I mean, I may be wrong, but I thought I read that the F430 CS wouldn't be out until 2007ish

The pictures are NOT of a CS, they are of a Challenge which is the race version, CS is a street version of the Challenge.
