What I thought too.

I wouldn't want to own that car though. It can't go over a speed bump.

I love the way the Carrera GT looks, its absolutely the most beautiful german supercar ever, I respect the performance of the Veyron immensely but it doesn't do it for me in that it is the wrong way to make a supercar imo, they took a luxury car and gave it immense power and technology to make a statement and set records, but I would prefer a lightweight supercar thats focused on a purpose, the Zonda series does this for me, as does the MC12 and I love both of them but if it came down to one car it would be the F40, assuming I had an SUV or sedan for everyday practicality
The F40 is a great car but the performance envelop of the F50 is much higher.

On the German Supercars, I would take a Porsche 959 over the Carrera GT.

Well, for a road going car, if it can't go over a speedbump, that's pretty sad.

I'm sure you can adjust the suspension so it can do that, but I can't be bothered.

Then again, if I could afford it, I wouldn't be worrying about these things.

Both the f40 and F50 come with adjustable suspension to get over speedbumps.

Do they?

I doubt the F40 does. They hadn't even invented speed bumps by then...

It was an option starting with the 1990 F40s.

i doubt. My tenant works at Ferrari, and last year (2007) they where thinking about this kind of solution for the next F149 without using the too much expensive Enzo system, which was their first time

btw, ferrer, i found a pic with the two Mc12 tunned by Edo, the mc12xx and the mc12 corsa. there was also the mc12r, the first, which then received the gt1 style wing, but not in my pics...i don't know if the black xx is actually the same mc12r. btw, here we go:

Sorry but that is not correct. Adjustable suspension was an option on the F40 and standard on the F50. Switch to raise or lower the suspension is on the dashboard to the left hand side of the steering wheel.

I'd rather be driving a Ghibli.
