Show Car No. 8
At the end of this year, the Smart Roadster will be taken out of production. But the engineer and design company Edag has other plans with it.
They designed the Show Car No. 8, based on the Smart Roadstar. The company hopes to attract car brands at the IAA. During the development they did everything to keep the costs as much down as possible. The car can even be produced at the existing production lines. The big air intakes at the front and the high rear stand out, just like te head lights. If there is enough interest from the audience, Edag might produce a driving one for Geneve.
