Ferrari to show concept at the Tokyo Motorshow

At the Tokyo Motorshow, Italdesign shows the Ferrari GG50. It will not appear at the Ferrari stand, but on its tyre supplier's stand, Bridgestone.

Goirgetto Guigiario's Italdesign has made a concept on the base of the 612 Scaglietti. Guigiaro designed just to celebrate his 50th year as industrial designer. And Italdesign also assures that the GG50 will never make it to production.

As said, the car appears at the Bridgestone stand and it will "wear" Bridgestone's topmodel: the Potenza RE050 RFT. The front tyre size is 245/35R20 and the rear is 305/35R20.

There are no pics available yet.

Fabrizio Giugario is rather terrible. He has nothing on his dad.

He has designed nice concepts. I think they look fantastic, but again maybe you don't like them.

Alfa Schigera, Aston 2020, Corvette Moray, Alfa Brera are some examples.

If Fabrizio wasn't preceded by Giorgetto, he would be alright. But just to think of what travesties he's brought to the name Giugario...I mean, come on! Daewoo Kalos/Chevy Aveo?

Still better than the F430, 612, Enzo which is designed by the Japanese guy(Ken Okuyama) in ITALIAN Pininfarina.

Ferrari is losing respect seriously, their cars look like anything but Ferrari, Skinny headlights, big ugly intakes....i hope Giugiaro help them to make a nice car.

If I was a designer and was compared to Okuyama I'd find a new career...he did a great job on the R390 but he nor Fabrizio need to be designing high-end cars, maybe mid or low range because their design elements look cheap and juvenile.

I was shocked when I saw a ''Pininfarina'' sign on a Hyundai Matrix!
