Pagani Zonda -vs- Ferrari F50 (Poll Added Feb.17.2004)

its funny how everyone automatically assumes the F50 handles better than the zonda. the fact is the zonda is based off the F50 chassis with newer updates (since it is a newer design), it should ruin the F50 in every department. Zonda for me.

Eventhough I am a Ferrari lover I would have to take the Zonda. The F50 has always looked too much like a kit car to me, and they should have chosen a more graceful design without that belt line.

The Zonda rocks from every angle and I believe it to be a more timeless design.

Ferrari for me...the zonda looks like a concept car from 1990...and it should have stayed there.

i heard it being mentioned in another forum, and at the time it made since to me since Pagani is also an Italian manufacturer which came up with and excellent supercar out of nowhere, or did they...

Pagani, similar acceleration up to 60 mph, but the rest its pagani. I'm sure a lot of people are saying F50 because of styling or the fact that its a ferrari, dont get me wrong, I love both cars, but wouldnt you sa that F50s slightly overrated? If it was meant to compete with the McLaren F1 it should have done better.

F50 Top speed: 202

they have the same 0-60, i'd just like to know where you got this info

the top speed of a Zonda is 189 mph says CAR&DRIVER
they also said 0-60 is 3.6 for the zonda and 3.4 for the F50
F50 top speed is 202, but strap a twin or even quad turbo on it and that will all drastically change

my cousin knows the guy who invented the games called DUKE NUKEM
and he has a twin turbo on his F50 and it goes well over 250mph
my cousin recently told me he has it on tape, and he is going to send it to me soon

i think that i would choose the Zonda i love that car, it has some great styling. there is also a new edition Zonda coming out sometime this yearwhich is more powerfull and has got better handling. cant wait to see that.

i reall think this should have been a poll !! maybe one of the users with high speed internet can give us a quick count on the opinions so far. and please add mine to the Zonda.
obviously both cars are amazing and truly exotic even among supercars. i feel the zonda has a better, more useable interior with a more aggressive looking exterior. the F50 feels kinda old now.
oh yeah and one more thing, there is the name ofcourse !!! who wouldn't love to own a car named Pagani Zonda S with a quad exhaust up in ur face !!

Anyways, I like the Pagani better. I think it looks cooler and it is faster. Actually the main reason is that quad exaust.
