I think this is the new version of the Cooper S. It has a new streamlined headlight cluster and some minor changes. Any more pics?

I've seen pics of it in a mag without all the crap on it in that pic.

Looks okay I guess, not a big fan of the new modern minis.

Although I have to say I like the model before this better. . . .

wheelbase looks a tiny bit longer and the overall car looks lower.

Is it gonna have the same loads-of-plastic interior?

If you ask me, they ought to make the new Mini more mini.

That would make it less trendy and more awesome, which I would like, but it would also make it a business failure. I guess that's why it didn't happen.

This is not the new S. MINI announced earlier in the year that along with the new '07 lineup there will be an extended version, which will become the flagship model. It certainly looks like this car in that pic. However everything but the bonnet and extension looks frighteningly alike to the current MINI. It may also be an early dummy.

I'm very happy. I'm a potential buyer of one in a few years and was worried that the 07 would end up looking too much like the oddly designed Frankfut concept.
