The top speed isn't officially recognised, and since you are including modified cars the car that holds the world landspeed record (for wheel driven cars) would win, and thats well-over 400mph (I think)

Yep, with the Thrust SSC, a bit more than 720mph.

U r talking about a modified car.its not only that there are quiker and faster prototypes from the factorys.The FERRARI FXX is one example.if u really wanna know companies like FERRARI and some more exotic car companies have some out of this world landspeed type cars that laughing at 250mph

I...mostly understand what that means...From what I gather, you are trying to say that there are factory-made cars that are quicker then the Venom. That I get. But, the next thing seems like your saying that these same factory cars "laugh" at 250mph. I hope you don't mean that Ferrari makes cars that speed right past 250mph, and that you really mean like...things like the Thrust SSC - not street cars, otherwise...Please correct me if I did not read that properly or something.

Thrust SSC isn't a car, its a man strapped to two jet engines and a some wheels off of a train.

I think the Worlds fastest cars Bugatti 16/4 Veyron it accelerates to 100 km/h in just 2.5 secs and the top speed s 407 km/h. Output power of the car s 1001 HP. It also might be Koenigsegg CCR which has output power of 810 HP and accelerates to 100 km/h in 3 secs and max speed s 399 km/h
