Man I don't know about China Shanghai. When it comes to 'safety and high-tech' stuff like this I just don't trust the Chinese (not yet)...I'm Asian and I have been living in HongKong for some 20 years (Hongkong is right next to China and I've been to China several times and I've seen how they do things over there ).
