My vote is linked to different things... if I based it on heritage... then the absolute winner is Alfa Romeo... If you are looking for a great looking car, well an Aston Martin (DB9) or a Maserati Spyder, an Alfa Romeo Brera... and tons of other cars, the point to be made here is that picking an absolute winner is very difficult, if not impossible.
We should stick to our fav's, but recognizing that the others are good cars as well

Each make has it's great models but Ferrari overall.

Aston Martin all the way. Cars like the DB9, the classic DB5 and V8 Vantage V580, and the more recent classic-to-be Vantage V600 are the stuff of car enthusiast's wet dreams

Lambo, because in individuality and pure wow factor, its tough to beat a Lambo. I've always loved them, and their recent stuff is incouraging, as apposed to ferrari and bmw's new iffy styling (IMO).
