yeah, S998 is abit too high though, I've found slightly slower cars 890/910 ish cars allow for weight to really show, and HOW the car makes the power to come through.

this thread revival sparked my interest...so i finally downloaded the car pack...just for the fxx of course

its pretty dang cool...just wish this game had either more tracks or more races for the higher end cars

and before I forget....what other cars came in the DLC I just got?

True. I've had some good battles with cars at the top of A class. Some, like the MR-S, were actually quite surprizing.

These rules work really well over @ exodusracing.

Cars Allowed
- Production cars, RWD and AWD (no FWD) model year 2002+, plus the 1998 Toyota Supra and 1999 Dodge Viper GTS ACR (allowed because there are race versions of those cars in the game with model years 2002).
- All body types permitted - coupes, sedans, convertibles, hatchbacks, you name it.
- Tuner versions are NOT allowed, ie: the 2002 Nissan Skyline R34 is allowed, but the TommyKaira Skyline is NOT.

Modifications
- Toyo DOT (Sport) tires (or if the car comes with DOTs stock, use those)
- Adjustable front splitter and rear wing. Manufacturer doesn't matter (Forza 2, BMW, etc.) as long as it's adjustable downforce. All other body kit parts are allowed but not mandatory.
- Maximum 525HP.
- Maximum 910PI.
- NO weight restriction.
- NO engine/drivetrain swaps.

I figure we should have a target lap under two minutes to qualify. I managed 1:59 with a drift setup RX-7, So its fair to think any slower and you will get in the way of a grip lap.
