I used to give one of the fastest cars to a friend of mine who wasn't very good with racing games, and I chose slow shitty cars, and see if I can win.
Super smash brother was much more fun though.

with the same guy, we once went to the Amalfi stage, I had the F1 car, he had the beetle. the wager was that i could finish my 2 laps before he finished one. unfortunately, when you are in arcade mode, the traction control doesnt work, so the f1 car was undriveable. he won.

more console games need a photo mode/snapshot button imo. i find all the pics i have from games are from forza, halo 3 or battlefield. which is a shame because i've been playing far cry 2 a fair bit and there have been some good moments there.

anyway...

CHAERG! lol that's begging for a mortar strike.

hide in the building would you - webb/trapdoorspider has zero tolerance for snipers

run tank run - you can see another JDAM on the left there, the faint smoke trail. that tank is boned.

about to get a crotch full of lead.

it's a shame the photomode degrades the visual quality so much, but oh well.
if it looks like i use the M60 a lot, well.. i do. i'm usually our designated support guy. fired 39,000 rounds out of the damn thing according to my stats page LOL

True. I still would like more length in GT5 Prologue. Perhaps making more updates with more cars and tracks?

I dunno, I think GT4 really screwed up the multiplayer. The traction control was really bad.

Today I tried the steering wheel with GT5 Prologue. Worked well in fact- GT5 supports it fully. It is the Logitech Driving Force. In fact, GT4 lost support of that. It had collected dust. You can actually reassign all the buttons on it too.

Battlefield Bad Company has an amazing mutliplayer than just keeps luring me back into it. I hated conquest because on most maps it was epically slow but I love gold rush. Gotta love shooters, it the only thing I'm good at, really good at.

Wishing I was in Moscow, Idaho
I've been going through forza 2 and seeing how fast you can get the crappy cars to go. Not surprisingly a neon with RWD and close to 600hp is hard to drive, but still fun. I kind of wish it would let me do a hemi swap, or a LS7 swap in a cobalt, though.

Gave a try to GRID.
Nice game, nice sound, nice handling, nice selection of cars, nice selection of tracks, nice different kind of racing, heavy graphics ruining everything with excessive blurring, too many details on the screen not pertinent with the action and distracting you. After a few races my eye were hurting.
Nice AI too, and excellent replays.

Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction. Good game. I got stuck at a puzzle though. I'll get through it soon.
