there are wheels are on xbox u no!!
i enjoy those games and i like to tune and race with no driver supports it seems pretty real to me!!.

but tbh there are no substitutes to hitting the track or finding and empty country lane to tear up.

xbox's wheel does not support the level of force feedback a PC or even a PS2 based game....which I can only assume GT5 on PS3 will be even better than what PS2 have....

Doesn't look like much feedback coming through the G25 at all. All the wheel jiggling looks like his own inputs. And what's that ridiculous tire squeeling about every time he touches the brake???

very glad they're using the DiRT engine for this game. The damage modelling seems to have passed literally straight from that engine so thats good. I always wanted to do some street/circuit racing in DiRT so i guess this is the game for that. Its not forza/GT5 material but I'd say it'll give project gotham a run for its money. The question is, will i need this game once I've got GT5:Prologue?

So GT5 does support the clutch and H-shifter... fantastic!

As for the squealing it was the same in GT4, N and S tires (economy and sport tires) tend to squeal a LOT when braking/accelerating.

I'll probably use shoes to play since it's easier, but wearing gloves may be taking things a bit far, the wheel is strapped in genuine leather after all!

I can see the glove part, my hands get very sweaty playing racing game..... The pedals that I have tried before don't feel right using shoes, they are not nearly stiff enough to warrent using shoes....maybe the G25 pedals are different...

Wow, this game is gonna suck balls. Why is there street racing in TOCA? And no open wheel to be found.

They swung and missed. Badly.

My main point remains. They have drifting, and supposedly there are no real racetracks or racing series in America.

Boooooooooooooooooooo.

Demo is live now. Had a go and it ain't all that bad. Bit arcadey but its not gonna be as real as Forza anyway. The damage is pretty cool as always with this series. Just good fun really.

a bit arcady is an understatement!

I was soo excited for this game until I played the demo today

The vehicle control is non-existent....its laughable

graphics and damage on the other hand are 10 out of 10 for sure! Very good detail there...engine sound is top notch as well
