You could get an XT V8. You couldnt get an XT V8 with 16" steel wheels and stock suspension. When they last sold them, you couldnt get them as a 4 speed auto or with the stock brakes either.

Hmm Well I guess you wouldent want it without them options at least. But still its pushes it into a much higher bracket where you can get an XR6 which looks better goes similar and has a better resale.

Must be talking current although it debateable how much better that billion dollar car is over the soon to be supersceded falcon.

Yep current i thought that's what everyone else was talking about?.

At base it's closet but as it moves up into sporty models with V8's the gap opens.

First 3 of the red XR's are from SpyVidMan on FF. The Black Fairmont is from XR06 on AFF.

Thankfully it looks like Ford has given Orion a decent amount of depth to the side windows - imo a very welcome continuation of this once-traditional Falcon feature
