[QUOTE=NSXType-R;754014]Yes, it's pretty ugly.

From the front it's alright.

I actually think this is hugely better looking than the last generation model. How much will it cost?

I thought Prodrive did Subaru's high performance models. Maybe that is just for rally racing since I don't know much about Subaru.

Stop looking at me! Look at me! Stop looking at me!
Prodrive does a WRC team that uses subaru cars, has done some aftermarket car models, and aftermarket performance packages sanctioned by Subaru.

Prodrive AFAIK do some low volume cars for subaru, such as the RB20 i believe.

STI are subaru's own in house tuning sub company. a la AMG, Nismo, TRD etc.

I think it's alright. It's not great looking though, like the previous STI was. This is acceptable, but next to the Evolution it looks downright ugly.

And IMHO so has the new evo. Look at the profile of it - the front is rectangular, the back looks like a whales ass glued on.

This is a coherent design, and on the roads, will look totaly menacing.

Note the below image.

Look at how small and squared the bonnet is compared to the flowing roofline, then the sharpness is brought back into the boot.

evo10.jpg

Its just not a great look.

Even though I'm really glad the WRX STI has gone to hatchback...

...I still prefer the Evo X.
