He's right. The larger vents are more effective evacuating heat from under the hood. Plus, they help reduce lift on the front of the car.

I think overall that Cerberus is headed in the right direction.

I'm only disappointed that the Magnum and Crossfire are gone.

I think SRT engineers are running out of places to cut holes in the Viper. Maybe they need to make it bigger, so that they can cut more out to save weight, and increase airflow...
