I Think the real light is from an 80's Ford!, Scorpio or Escort.

The rear light is from a Seat Ibiza 1st gen. But Know nothing about the car...

Made by Proto design, A portugese company that has made several interesting concepts. They now make full boxes for pick ups as means to fund future projects.

This particular model was designed with the objctive of being presented at the ocean themed EXPO'98.
It has several shapes remiscent of marine creatures... acording to the offcial website.

Still no idea on what was under the bonet... or the scales....

EDIT: This car began his life as Volkswaggen Beatle before being modified. Still no idea on weather it retains the same mechanics underneath.
I is incredibly frustrating how little info there is on this car. Several videos on youtube about proto design and its other creations HERE
It is all in portugese so if u cant speak it, tough luck.
