I would say any Subaru Impreza Wagon would do. They look somewhat harmless, but I've seen the 0-60 specs on that thing. The previous generation one could out accelerate an old generation G35 sedan. Put some boost on that, and that's one awesome all weather sleeper.

Still my first choice car if I were to get one out of college.

I'm thinking Mohammed bin Sulayem's Merc SLK and E-class, with an SLR engined shoehorned into the bonnets.

Definately the E, because it's hood(bonnet) remains intact. The SLK, not so much.

Yea fair enough, the thing is that I've known about the SLK for ages and i thought about it while reading this post. Then i found the E. Still, both amazing cars though. Im also trying to find pics of this Toyota Land Cruiser in Dubai with 1500bhp. Ive posted a vid before of that car hammering an SLR in a race :-)' .

I've always liked the sunbeam tiger for that, but as far as modified, I have to go with the 2004 Ford Racing Focus RS8 that beat a Gallardo around willow springs, and that minivan with a bigblock in back that runs the quarter in the 8s. I couldn't find the minivan again, but the Motor Trend article with the focus was great.

My uncles '60 Chevy Impala wagon. A modified 454, Muncie 4spd, poly-glass tires, and stock everything else. It'd probably run mid 12's.

Yes it does. STIs aren't limited to Imprezas. They even did one based on the last generation Forester.

STI - S402

yes, theres a few floating around near where I live.

My old man plans to drop his liberty GT (2.0 turbo) off to the STI dealer in a few months and get the spec'd brakes, ECU, intercooler, and lip.

That's cool. Another JDM car that we don't get. Sigh...
