Fiat 500F

Primed and finished in Tamiya Mica Blue. This thing is tiny (only 9 ft long in reality). I'll juxtapose it with some other models when finished.

Nice, and looks cute, as always.

I have located a place where this kit is available, I think I can go pick it up and see what I can do. It looks easy from the size of the box.

I'd say about a third. It's about half as long, but much narrower as well.

Lots of little finnicky details. It feels like everything is on a much smaller scale. In my haste I accidentally broke one of the sprues that holds the little rod that holds the front wheels in coordination, so I now I'll either glue them in place or let them swivel about on their own.

Spray, absolutely. I use the spray cans, but every once and a while I'll whip out the airbrush. I've seen brushed bodies work, but very rarely and they're very difficult to do. Besides, the best brushed body is never as good as the best sprayed body.

Anyway, I finished it this morning.
Here's a few with it next to some other models. Even the Morris Mini dwarfs it, and the wheels are probably the size of a dime.
