It's a Peugeot 205 T16 with a 405 body on it, so the specs are the same as the 205. It must have around 600bhp for the Pikes Peak version.

The 205 chassis was extended for the 405 version as per the Dakar one too.

In 1988, Peugeot sent Ari Vatanen to America with the 405 T16, and he broke Röhrl's record by less than a second. Vatanen's record stood for a number of years, when it was finally broken by Rod Millen's supermodified Celica hillclimb special (10:04:06 in 1994)."
