It bothers me how a company like strosek was too cheap to actually physically change the headlights and instead throw in some rice rocket glass.

its probably a facade for a money laundering or smuggling operation, since those businesses often involve drugs, and you'd have to be completely baked to come up with these ugly ass monstrosities.
