They pretty much killed the nice looks of the original Testarossa. Looks like a wanna-be F40 (not in a pleasant way). And indeed, the headlights remind me of a 300Z also.

Can this cars label "Koenig" be attributed to todays famous Koenigsegg? If so, has Koenig worked on other makes/models? I would indeed be suprised if Koenigsegg were similiar to Shelby (making and modifying cars to improve performance).

No. Koenig was (is?) a very important Ferrari (amongst other brands) dealer in Germany who started modifying cars. I think the name of the bloke was Willy.
