The styling leads one to believe the target buyer is 10 years old. Perhaps poster royalties is a big business for exotic car manufacturers. Hence, the Enzo, Veron and now this.

Did a bit more research, Joan Ferci is also the designer of monstrosities such as the Eros GT-1 and Coatl, all based on the Diablo.
http://www.e-lamborghini.com/ So this is not an official Lamborghini, but effectively a... Lamborghini kit-car... based on a Diablo...
