The 037 was a stop-gap while the 038 (Delta S4) was being developed.
In it's final year of development the specs were
engine - the 131 Abarth one ..
mid/rear longtitudinal engine, RWD
4 cyl 2111cc ( though development 2955 was tried when allowed )
Abarth compressor
16 valve, DOHC
power 325 bhp at 8000
torque 30 kg/m at 5000 ( sorry the book has odd units )
960kg

0-60 of the original 037 was about 6 seconds. The final EV2 spec (above) was faster but no published figures in my books

These are beautiful cars and if you get a chance to see one with the skin off it's lovely Italian engineering
