If I remember correctly there was an article in ams magazine a few months ago.

9ff are going to build their own supercar.
Jan Fattauer (founder of 9ff) was sad about the fact that the old 911 GT1 was limited in numbers.

Many parts are from Porsche (997 lights for example) but it's a complete new designed model - not just a tuned 911.

It's going to have a 3.8 litre twinturbo flat 6 with 800+ hp and it should do 400+ km/h.
