Altough the old Bentley V8 is even better.

Engine figures are not the same as engine charactersitics. this engine does have a super flat torque curve. The limitations of the W12 are bore size and cylinder heat dissapition rate. the Golf GTI650 has a bit extra, but apparently the engine compartment has more fans than Ferrer ! This engine is more about relentless speed biuld up, not lightening acceleration and i'd like to say it suits bentley, even if a hyped up phaeton doesnt.

Why shouldn't it?, Such a big engine with twin turbo and it only produces that amount of HP ??, That engine alone should be punching a hole in the wall on it's on minus the hair-dryers.
