You're right as often. But I couldn't find the pictures of the car I do remember. I've found a photo of a blue-painted station wagon, but I think the car I mean was painted silver and had a different styling. Though, maybe I confuse the names of their two cars?

Why should it be the Forester if it has 0 (zero) off-road abilites?? This is supossed to be a mix between a wagon and a MVP. Ity's not the Legacy Wagon replacement and it's not supposed to be.

This first Exiga concept came in 1995 (long before the manufacturer of the car that is miniscule and mid-engined decided to use its name).




In 1997, the 2nd version of the same concept appeared:

So it's Subaru interpretation of Mercedes' R Class.

Haf agreed. The Exiga should never have a Forester badge, but the new one is fugly, when I walked past the local Scooby dealer the other day I thought they'd taken a Daihatsu Terios and given it a new front sort of what they've done with the Justy/Sirion, I hadn't realised that it was the new Forester! The interior is an improvement but the exterior ain't so cool, but the front - YUCK! AND NO FRAMELESS WINDOWS! (I think I've seen a Daihatsu Materia with a Subaru badge too)
