Take a look at this car

And you're right, it borrows rather much from Zonda...

2009 Lavaza GTX
I must say chap...
I was expecting a bit more from a car that looks so good and has such a good engine. It's weird seing a V12 engine developed only to 389 hp. Theses engines can deliver much more power than these mere 389 hp. It's a shame but since it is a concept car there is still hope.

IIRC this isn't a concept car, but a sort ok "kit-car" from Italy, deliberately inspired to Zonda mainly. it was available, or supposed to be so, since 2007 IIRC.
the engine is just a slightly tuned V12 from a 850 CSi so no wonder of the limited power. The body should be made of fiberglass, and CF as an option.
