Skoda Yeti Conceptcars
There were two Yeti Concepts, but I only found a presstext about the first one:
The Škoda Yeti Study at the Geneva International Motor Show 2005 Škoda Auto will introduce its Škoda Yeti design study at its world premiere during this year’s Geneva International Motor Show 2005. Škoda’s compact SUV implies the company’s potential in a segment that is completely new to Škoda Auto. In terms of its size, the Yeti is set between the A0 and A classes; positioning on the line between different classes is typical of Škoda models. The Škoda Yeti study demonstrates characteristics of the future Škoda cars, which have already been indicated by the Škoda Roomster concept. Wrap-around windshield, coated windscreen side pillar, and characteristic roof covering - to name just a few features of the new design trend. The study design lacks aggressive features. The Yeti is perceived as a positive, friendly object representing an enjoyable contrast between the other common off-road vehicles and sports utility vehicles. This concept makes the Yeti fit for city traffic as well as sufficiently apt for service off the road.

i'm wondering what took them so long to put it into production... same as with the new fabia scout. too bad about the rear lights from the first one, they made a very nice optical effect with the roof. but, maybe they'll make a cabrio version?
