Problem is membership is incerasing and new membership may want to say something about subjects old members are done with

You could also suggest an automatic removal system of a thread after a certain period of non-posting, but I don't think that is right either. Just leave it as it is.

I think everyone does at times. But then again, do you know anyone who would write back into a magazine regarding an article they read from a 10 year old article? Almost the same as posting in old threads
