I'm very sad that someone named Merrill has copied my avatar . I'm very sure of this because i made this avatar myself.

Can anybody just copy someone's avatar or are there any regulations on this sort of things?

well, if you think about it... even if the mods tried to regulate it, it's as easy as taking a screenshot and then just lassoing the avatar. (unless it's animated, sorry about ur stolen work though)

Well I put a link to the bastard who copied my avatar so everybody can see it is mine wich he stole.
Took me a lot of work to make this avatar!

PLEASE, best is to actually ASK politely the first time.

Mods are for serious infractions or abuse that are NOT being handled by person-to-person. We're not a police force

It's always best to ASK, after all the other person may have assumed that you had copied it from somewhere too. it does happen.

no need to get aggrevated.

After all you "stole" the avatar from that mag and cropped it then resized it, saved it and uploaded it to UCP. A task that takes not much longer than reading this paragraph. So claiming "lots of work" was a bit rich

I'm hoping Merril will put a small apology in a PM to you or maybe even here to show no hard feelings and to smooth this storm-in-a-teacup over.

Some punk stole my avatar a while back ( not this one, the original one that i use all the time exept christmas time ) you just bully them until they take it off. It is quite annoying
