It's all good, sent him a msg saying that I'm not paying for this and if he bothers me about it I'll tell Ebay that he's a scammer and then he'll deal w/ ebay.

but he may not be a scammer. thats not really allowed to refuse payment after you win i htink. i bet bidding is a legally binding contract

well, he hasn't said anything.... even if i did go against the contract, i would only have to pay a termination fee for bidding. It's prob. 2 dollars or 5 dollars.

it's a good think you followd through, becasue if he is selling you links, and not the phone, yes, he is a scammer.

i'm with niko, insted of selling them the link, who doesn't he use the sites to buy the phone then sell it.
